Our approach

Thornbury Industrial works the unglamorous end of manufacturing: the last eighteen months of a facility's life. It is detail work — lockout schedules, rigging sequences, which chiller feeds which press — and getting it wrong burns money in ways that never show up until the end. We have made a specialty of getting it right. Owners bring us in early, we build the recovery plan alongside the shutdown plan, and the equipment leaves as sold assets instead of scrap weight.
