A closure is really a dozen projects wearing one name: appraising the assets — plastics, metalworking, and everything supporting them — deciding what sells privately versus at auction, sequencing removals so production lines come out whole, and keeping the site safe until the keys go back. We run all of it. Where it makes sense we buy assets outright to simplify the math; where patience pays, we sell on consignment or run a structured auction. And because a winding-down plant often means a business or turnkey facility changing hands, we manage those sales alongside the equipment — contracts, real estate, and M&E as one disposition, one accountable party.
